What is it?

Tallow is rendered beef fat. Our tallow is made with 100% pasture raised grass fed, grass finished black Angus beef.

How to use it?

Tallow can be used for frying and roasting in place of traditional cooking oils. Tallow has a high smoke point of 420 degrees fahrenheit. It can be used at high temperatures without causing its chemical composition to change like other cooking oils which are prone to oxidizing at high temperatures and can contribute to health concerns such as the formation of free radicals.
