5 generations, 1 shared passion

Farming is not something new to our family. In fact, our farming roots go back to 1820, when Andre’s great great grandfather Alberry Fisher settled along the banks of the South Fork River in Lincolnton county. Farming was handed down generation after generation and we are proud to be raising the 5th generation of farmers on this land.

Over the years in the United States, there has been a rise of large corporate highly subsidized farming operations that have all but starved out the small family farms that our country was built on. As a child, Andre spent many summers on the farm and fondly remembers working and playing with his grandparents. He wanted to ensure that the family farm survived so that his children would also be given the same opportunity to have those memories and thus began the establishment of Hoffman Heritage & Heirlooms.
